About Sandra Grosso
I am a highly experienced and passionate Speech and Language Therapist with more than 29 years of specialist clinical experience. Since graduating, I have worked in 3 Acute Hospitals, Child Development Centres, Mainstream and Special Schools and Community Clinics. For more than 19 years, I was the Clinical Service Lead in the Paediatric Acute Speech and Language Therapy Service at St Mary’s Hospital, Paddington, London, providing specialist feeding, swallowing and communication services across a range of inpatient and outpatient clinical services.
